Well, we have been to the school summer party... and said lots of final farewells to school friends. We have travelled ( at least some of the way - Thank you London to Brighton bike ride for the delays! ) to say goodbye to Nicole's Mum and also stopped in and said "au revoir" to some other friends. All very emotional, but it is only 6 months... and we WILL be back!
We have all had enough of the build up now and could all do with just getting on the plane now. However the "elephant in the room" is the stack of 4 unpacked backpacks and enormous pile of stuff which we still have to deal with. Another Handley last minute job! Plus ça change!
